In the event of cancellation of the function by the client, event planner(s) is entitled to liquidated damages equivalent of 30% of the total estimated charges for the cancelled function. This is due to certain products that our company had to purchase to fulfill your event that are no longer refundable leading in a financial loss from our company due to your cancellation. We ask that all functions are paid in full 4 weeks prior to the upcoming date of your event. We accept monthly installments to anyone interested. Failure to fulfill the balance of the event will lead to cancellation and a 70% refund to the client. The 30% remaining will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
